250 grams ripe jackfruit or 1.25 cups chopped jackfruit
200 ml thick coconut milk, about ¾ to 1 cup thick coconut milk
2 to 3 tbsp powdered jaggery or add as required
¼ to ½ cup water or as required
6 to 8 ice cubes (optional)
1 to 2 tbsp finely chopped jackfruit for garnish (optional)
6 to 8 chopped cashews for garnish (optional)
Method::1. chop the jackfruit. remove the seeds. add the chopped jackfruit in a blender jar.
2. add the coconut milk and powdered jaggery.
3. blend till smooth and then add the ice cubes and ¼ cup water.
4. blend again with the ice cubes. for a thinner consistency you can add some water.
5. serve jackfruit shake immediately.
