1 teaspoon Sugar, 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil, Salt, 2 tablespoons Water.Method::
Heat oil in a pan. Add chana dal and roast until dal turns light brown. Mix curry leaves and chopped green chillies with roasted Dal.Add grated coconut and ginger.Remove Pan from flame.Grind lemon juice, sugar, salt with the mixture.Keep on adding water to paste until desired density is achieved.Add coriander leaves and grind again to make a smooth paste.
